Welcome to Chung Ku

Chung Ku Restaurant was first opened in Columbus Quay, Liverpool in 2000. It rapidly became the North West’s most popular and prestigious restaurant receiving an award from the Good Food Guide.

The restaurant is dynamic and trendy, offering a wide range of dishes to suit the palate of both Chinese and British clientele. It’s no wonder it became one of the UK’s leading Chinese restaurants and a sought after venue for many charity fundraising events and a popular choice for entertaining affluent and famous celebrities.

Why Chung Ku is unique

Chung Ku is a sophisticated Chinese restaurant, with spectacular views from the exterior to the interior design. The Ship Bow inspired building is situated on the promenade fronting the River Mersey with views overlooking the Wirral across.

The glass-panelled building is accentuated by a glowing corridor of artifacts, with a perfect balance of modernity and traditional architecture along the King’s Dock.

The restaurant presents top quality Chinese food of current tastes from diverse regions of China, prepared and innovated by master chefs.

The food menu is equally supplemented by a vast array of international wines and champagnes to complement our dishes.
